Payment Gateway Based Fees for WooCommerce

The Payment Gateway Based Fees extension allows you to add a fee to the order, based on the payment gateway you choose.

The charge can be applied automatically to the price of certain products or to the total amount of the shopping cart. In addition, the store administrator can access the order and modify the charge at any time. This charge can also be applied manually, for example, if the customer wants to change the payment method after completing the purchase.

• Enable and disable additional charges for the entire website without deleting data.
• Enable additional charges for a single gateway or a single product.
• Automatic calculation of charges for gateways or products.
• Automatically change the calculated charge on the order page.
• You have the option to manually add a charge to an order, after the user has completed payment.
• You have the option to manually add a charge to orders you create on the admin page.
• Determine the maximum limit for adding a charge to the shopping cart.
• Determine the maximum limit for adding a charge to a product.
• It also supports tax calculation for additional charges.
• Three calculation methods:
  1. “Fixed amount”: Add a fixed amount.
  2. “Add % to total amount” – Adds a percentage based on the total amount of the product or order price.
  3. “Include % in total amount” – The charge is calculated as a commission type (you will be charged the full amount of the order).
• WPML compatible: You can translate the job title or text (WPML version 4.2.8 or higher is required).

At this time, the Payment Gateway Based Fees extension does not support the automatic tax service provided by the Jetpack plugin. Choose “Disable Automatic Taxes” under the Taxes tab on the WooCommerce settings page. We will support this feature as soon as third-party developers are able to connect to automatic tax calculation.
